At Charles Terry Construction we believe that
personal attention
,
quick response time
and most importantly honesty
is the way to do business.

Our proven, well- established company
is here for your present and future roofing
needs.

While...
we are in the roofing business, we also have
a great love for animals; our office is
located right next door to the SPCA off of
south Midkiff. Every day I see the animals
next door without homes. Often I see people
drop off their unwanted pets late in the
evening. The SPCA does NOT put these
animals to sleep. Instead, they feed and
care for them. They could use your support
in the form of donations. AND---like Bob
Barker says, please have your pets spade or
neutered.
Signs
When we first start your job, we enjoy the
advertising of having a sign in your yard.
This helps our crews know they are at the
right place and it gives us exposure.
However, once the job is completed and paid
in full, we remove our signs right away. We
believe leaving a sign in your yard for
months at a time, just because it’s a good
location for advertising, makes our city
look tacky. Think about it, if every
company did this, how our streets would
look.
Radios
It is a strong policy of ours NOT to allow
the crews to play music on the roofs while
they are working. You may not mind them
doing this, but the music carries over to
many neighbors who may have other plans than
listening to music for 2 days in a row while
your job is being done.
Price
If you’re buying a home and it needs a new
roof, rest assured, your realtor is going to
recommend the cheapest roofer possible.
This is great for the seller because that
person could care less about the roof that
is being put on the house they are leaving.
It would be in your best interest to choose
your own roofing company. These cheap
prices will come back to haunt you.
